Skin Care Procedures

Skin care is an integral part of looking your best. A common problem with skin care is that people don't know where to start. A basic regimen to start with is:

Step 1: Cleanse
Avoid bar soaps, as they tend to dry out the skin. Buy a cleanser specific for your skin type and use cool or lukewarm water. Pat dry. Change your pillowcase at least once a week.

Step 2: Exfoliate
Use a gentle scrub with tiny grains once a week.

Step 3: Moisturize
Use a mild daytime moisturizer with sun block everyday.

Step 4: Block
Tanning is damage to the skin and should be avoided. Wear a daily moisturizer with at least SPF 15 as part of your regimen. If you are out in the sun, re-apply your sun block every two hours and consider using a higher SPF.

No Down Time Office Procedures

Some procedures such as a liquid facelift can be performed with minimal discomfort and basically no down time in the office during a combined consultation and treatment visit. Call us at (610) 565-2848 to set up appointment for a new you!
